With the release of Rubicon came the new deployable Mobile Tractor Unit. It has a tractor beam range of 120km and will bring in wrecks to automatically loot them. The user can then take all the loot from the cargo hold all at once. I also use it to make salvaging ALOT easier... Here's how.

Had to warp off prematurely when a neutral player entered the system, but after we dealt with him and some of his buddies I was able to get the rest of the salvage.
