I came upon these tools by borrowing from a electrician on a job we were doing a few weeks ago. I used them to open up a drilled hole in 2X material in a wall and to clean some rust off a pipe.
These tools are not recommended to be used on metal, there made to remove wood like in carving and live edge furniture.
Rite after I made this video, I played with all the bits including the wheels and boy do they remove material.

There made in America out of two different tungsten carbide abrasive material.
