Dozens of people were detained early Thursday in Istanbul for allegedly being linked to the terrorist Revolutionary People's Liberation Party-Front group. Detentions follow Wednesday's assault on Istanbul’s police department and Tuesday's deadly hostage situation, in which Turkish prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz was shot dead.
