This song was carefully examined by expert music industry judges as one of the top hit rock songs of its time and they have awarded new indie singer songwriters Alex Grow and Jeff Miller a certificate as a Semi-Finalist in the New Indie Singer Songwriter Rock music category in the UK Songwriting Contest.
New Indie Singer Songwriter and indie pop music artist, Alex Grow, has joined the ranks of one of the most celebrated voices on the rise. Scoring in the top of countless competitions including as a finalist and a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Contests 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and a finalist in the American contest the 12th Annual International Acoustic Music Awards (USA).
Alex is an awardee at the vocal competition Melomania Music Awards for his rendition of “Something’s Got a Hold on Me”. He is a multi-instrumentalist who plays piano, guitar, bass and keyboards and is an equally-accomplished record producer and sound engineer.
