Tulsa is our newest campaign ship coming in at Tier 8. She is a premium American heavy cruiser at tier 8, and comes with radar, sonar, and auto loading 203mm guns. The radar last 35 seconds and the guns reload very quickly every 5.8 seconds' stock. While this sounds impressive her DPM is falls below Buffalo and Salem, but she makes up for this by having a smaller turning circle, and great concealment at 12.5 km stock.
