Water Volleyball is truly an amazing outdoor team building activity for corporates and groups where the whole process forces reach group to not only work together to send the volleyball back over the net but to also communicate to move in place as a unit.

A great activity to get employees engaged right through is this sport of water volleyball. The entire group is divided into two teams and each occupies their position on either side of the net. Using huge sheets of satin each team is required to catch the water balloons tossed from the other side towards them. Using the same sheet, the water filled balloons need to be maneuvered across the nets by each team.

Members need to be extra careful, communicate consistently and work in complete coordination with each other to face the challenge. The competitive spirit of the activity is the ideal way of involving even uninterested participants to play their role perfectly.
