cake: 12 x 9 inch tray
110g All purpose flour
15g corn flour
1tsp Baking powder
sift all together
5 Egg yolks
50g sugar
1tsp vanilla
50g vegetable oil
75ml milk

5 Egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
75g sugar

cream:
300ml heavy cream
1tsp vanilla extract
30g powdered sugar

1 can pineapple chunks
