RSR is back baby, not for now... Sadly...
This is a way to implement custom themes to RSR, you will not be allowed to upload Custom Textures(except for background), but, you can have a lot of control on the theme colors.
Please do not comment any suggestion, mention unfinished parts as broken or beg for "apk" otherwise your comment will be deleted.
