How to unlock Talladega (this will take a bit lol):
1. Beat Shaggy wb in Astral Calamity and click on the yellow orb that he drops after beating him.
2. Go to the new chapter under chapter 6 and you'll see a mask, he will tell you how to get his other parts (select the dialogue option where he gives you hints on how to obtain his first other part to make sure it appears)
3. Play blast and a little bit after the beginning, another part will fall down the screen (you'll have to click it pretty quickly), then exit blast after getting it and talk to the mask again
4. talk to the mask to find out how to get his face part. Go to god eater and hold down the down arrow key when you aren't pressing any notes to make the platform go down. keep doing this until you can click on the face part. talk to the mask again.
5. Talk to the mask to find out how to get his horn. go to Dissasembler and play normally until the background starts swaying back and forth. You will probably see the horn in the top right corner as it is swaying so click on it. Talk to the mask again.
6. The mask will ask you to bring him to astral calamity. Go back to chapter 6 and you will have unlocked the secret song and will be able to play it.

The secret song is really good and is definitely worth unlocking. Going through all of the mask's dialogue isn't required (except for the hints part to make his parts appear I think) but he provides interesting lore which is pretty cool.
