This is one of those songs I didn't realise I really wanted to do and would have been pissed to have done without me until we did it. The Fremantle Blues and Roots festival of 2014 is the only live show I've been to (a failed attempt to see BTBAM has discouraged me), and among the acts I saw were Gary Clark Jr, the Doobie Brothers, Dave Hole, and the only set I sat through beginning to end standing right up at the front, Steve Earle.
Even then, I only had two observations. One, their guitarist was smoking hot. Unfortunately he's married. Second, I, like everyone else, was only giving mild applause throughout most of the set because I didn't recognise any of the songs, but when he got to That Song, the tent exploded. He never actually played this either. Still, good performance.
Side note: because it's a 90s one-hit, That Song has a chance of being in RB4, and if it does, I want to bags it.
