1 Package of thick sliced bacon

Place the bacon on a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides)
Parchment paper, aluminum foil or a rack

Preheat oven to 375

Place bacon on middle rack, cook for 10-12 minutes(the time will depend on how thick your bacon is and how crispy you like it)

Take out and turn over, put back in for 10-12 minutes(approx)

Take off sheet and place on paper towels to get off excess grease

Serve with your favorite sandwich, salad, pasta or just good old scrambled eggs!
