Keeps You Full and Pleased! It is easy, cheap, very delicious and healthy, vegan, raw.
Ingredients:
• 350 g fine bulgur wheat
• 550 ml warm water
• 200 g spring onion
• 200 g parsley
• 100g fresh mint
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp pepper paste
• 50 g sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• cumin, coriander
• 7 tbsp olive oil
• 5 tbsp pomegranate molasses or you can use lemon juice as well
• Lemon, optional
Method:
1. Put the bulgur wheat in a large bowl and add of half boiled, half room temperature water and cover it. Set aside. Bulgur will soak all water slowly.
2. Chop finely the parsley, spring onion and fresh mint.
3. After bulgur swollen, add the olive oil, tomato paste, pepper paste( If you can’t find pepper paste, you can use tomato paste instead of it), black pepper, cumin, coriander and salt, chopped sun dry tomatoes. Do not forget to taste.
4. Mix it until all ingredients come together.
5. Then add all greens to the bulgur and mix again. It is important to mix the greens without squeezing a lot.
6. Add the pomegranate molasses. You can always add some more olive oil.
7. Add the lemon slices on side.
8. And ENJOY!!!
