Hi friends, we are going to show you how I made Batik cake. It is orginated from Malaysia. You can make it without oven, without mixer and egg free.

Batik cake/ kek batik / kue batik

Ingredients :
100gr marie cookies (16 pieces)
100gr margarine
85gr condensed milk
50gr milo powder
35gr cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
200gr chocolate coating / chocolate ganache (1:1 chocolate compound and heavy cream + a bit of butter) or (2:1 chocolate compound and milk + a bit of butter)

Bahan-bahan :
100gr biskuit marie (16 keping)
100 margarin
85 gr susu kental manis
50 gr milo bubuk
35 gr coklat bubuk
1/2 sendok teh vanilla bubuk
200gr chocolate coating/ chocolate ganache (1:1 coklat compound dan heavy cream + sedikit mentega) or (2:1 coklat compound dan susu + sedikit mentega)

Mold size: 16x10x4cm
