We first started making these for a client that had lost a boatload of cash to the rats by hiding his money in fireproof money bags inside the interior walls of his home. After hiding his money for decades inside his walls when he went to get it out he found that the rats had eaten all of it. When I met him I had never thought of making an aluminum brick to hide money inside the interior walls of a home. Right then the idea was born, he loved the idea of making aluminum boxes to stash his cash inside his walls. After many prototypes we finally got it right. We tested them in direct fire for 45 minutes far longer than the average house fire in America. (USUALLY 12-15 MINUTES) eventually we added a gasket to add water protection. The idea has since evolved into a 17 employee business. Making super custom stuff out of Billet aluminum.
