Apps-Loading-Webpages Fraud.

Of course mobile apps can load webpages. For example, when you click a link in Facebook, Instagram, or Flipboard, the webpage opens in that app. These apps load webpages with a BUILT-IN browser, so you don’t leave them for another browser like Chrome or Safari.
But there’s a form of ad fraud based on this technique -- apps-loading-webpages -- that gets by undetected by all of the legacy fraud verification vendors. Is there a LEGIT reason for an alarm clock app or flashlight app to be loading lots of webpages with a built-in browser? Of course not.
There are TENS of thousands of mobile apps delivering this kind of FRAUDULENT traffic to sites that pay them to juice their numbers. ALL of these webpages are loaded out of view. The ads, of course, are never seen. These fraudulent apps also CLICK on the ads to make them appear to be performing well.
UPGRADE to FouAnalytics so you can “see Fou yourself” and block the form of ad fraud known as apps-loading-webpages.
