#BlackWomen #Dating #Love
Dating as a Black woman, especially in America, is not easy. Fighting the war on racism and bias is tiresome, and we're often left wondering why these challenges are not present for our counterparts.
Today, I discuss 5 reasons why dating is difficult for us. But please note: Some of these reasons don't make sense, but they contribute to the struggles many of you have in your love life. This video is not about blame-placing but instead is based on my professional experience as a matchmaker with several years of insight from hundreds if not thousands of singles. For my thoughts on accountability, watch here: [ Ссылка ].

The first reason it's difficult for Black women to find love: We don't date outside our race. Yes, many of us do (self-included), but so many more of us do not. I share why this contributes to our singlehood.
The next reason is we tend to be more educated than our men. Systematic racism and police brutality have significantly impacted our dating pool and have aided in our inability to find enough Black men who are our equal. I highlight why this problem isn't shared by our male counterparts.
The third reason it's difficult for us to find love is that we have high standards. What exactly does that mean? Well, I address some potential standards that may be holding us back. *Be sure to watch this one through to the end. I break down the true definition of "high standards," and it's not what you think.*
I did an entire video on high standards ([ Ссылка ]) which goes deeper on this topic.
Next up, we're misunderstood. Black women have been mislabeled in so many ways that make finding a partner feel like an impossibility (but of course, it's not!)
The last reason: LIES!!!!! Yes, girl. The lies people tell that we're undesirable create somewhat of a self-fulfilling prophecy that we have to work hard to escape from.
Black people are some of the most creative, *copied*, and memed people. WE ARE WHAT'S POPPING! Please don't think that as a Black woman you are undesirable. We set the trends. Folks are copying our swagger every day. #BlackGirlMagic. (Facts: [ Ссылка ])
