This week we're reviewing the Volkswagen T-Cross which is a compact SUV based on VW's extremely popular Polo.
It rivals many well established and new cars for 2020 like the Peugeot 2008, the Mazda CX-3, the SKoda Polar, the Audi Q2, Citroën C3 Aircross, the Ford EcoSport, the new Nissan Juke, the Hyundai Kona and its Korean sister the Kia Stonic, and the Renault Captur.
It's available with various different petrol and diesel engines (we'd recommend going with a petrol option).
It's a great car for day to day driving around town and is also very comfortable and easy to drive on the motorways.
Whether you choose the diesel powered engine or the TSI petrol options, it will a very economical car.
VW currently are not offering the T-Cross in a hybrid, PHEV or electric drivetrain however maybe this will change in 2020 with new emission laws coming into play.
It's surprisingly spacious and even has a larger boot than the Volkswagen Golf. (The Golf has a 380 litre boot and the TCross has a 385 litre boot). The folding rear seats (in a 60/40 split) help increase that boot space should you need to cary extra large items.
We hope you enjoyed our Volkswagen T Cross review and thanks for watching.
Please let us know any other cars you'd like us to review in the comments.
