This is a video that I recorded on a moody day and almost decided against uploading, but I think it's an important topic that isn't talked about enough. Especially in pandemic times of course, with the additional difficulty they bring.
If you're dealing with ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, food addiction, Asperger's, various dysphorias, or other issues, you may be spending a lot more mental resources on seemingly trivial activities, and that's not your fault. In fact you should give yourself credit for the effort you have to put in to manage these particular challenges.
The ability to reasonably gauge your own performance and accomplishments may however be limited as well if you're not neurotypical. I'm not a therapist of health professional, but hopefully sharing a bit of my experience might be encouraging. You're not alone in this, and it gets better over time as you learn more and more how to effectively manage whatever challenges your brain throws at you.
