Leg hovers serve as an excellent exercise to help strengthen our hip flexors. Leg hovers can help us progress into various postures, such as boat pose, forward folds (seated and standing), pigeon pose, dead bug, and so on. Leg hovers can help us move better by improving the mobility in our hips!
No items are required for today’s practice.
Find a wall to support your back as we move through this exercise.
If you are seeking more of a challenge, you can hover and move your leg over top of a yoga block (or a similar-sized item).
