Castle Crashers Remastered is a 2008 side-scrolling hack and slash action rpg that originally premiered as part of Xbox Live Summer of Arcade. It was originally remastered for the Xbox One in 2015 and later ported to the Switch and PS4 in 2019. The game takes place in a medeval world where a dark wizard attacks the main castle during a party and captures the four princesses. The king sends his knights to recover his princesses and defeat the dark forces.
