Sadly buying a lot of untested drives sometimes goes really wrong and this is one of these cases.
Yes the WD400 at the end had click of death then worked again afterwards. It did that weird seektest variation at the end of the video only once (and I’m glad I recorded that!), but currently actually works but sounds weird and seems to have trouble with seeking.
There was working drives in that lot as well, but you'll learn more once I make and post the video.
