Its been four months since platinum workers down tools because of wage dispute between them and their employers in Rustenburg.the strike action, which is led by the association of mineworkers and construction union (AMCU), has been described as the most protracted and damaging since 1994. This week, both parties have agreed to a round of talks, this time under the mediation of a labour court judge. Bridget Radebe is known as one of the first black female mine owner and operators.
