Fish is one of the healthiest non-vegetarian delicious dishes that you can experiment with, at home.
Grilled Fish or Fish Kebab is a delicious Mediterranean recipe made by marinating fish fillets in garlic, red chilies and a blend of spices. It is one of the delightful seafood recipes that can be a healthy option to prepare for your loved ones or can be served as party starters. Marinated grilled fish topped with coriander flavored butter on lettuce. I have prepared this in a very simple and easy way.
GRILLED FISH WITH LEMON CORIANDER BUTTER:-
For the Marinate:
- 2 basa fish fillets, cut into big pieces (Any boneless Fish)
- Crushed black pepper to taste (1/2 tsp)
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
For the Crispy Coating:
- All-purpose flour - 1/3 Cup
- Crushed Black Pepper
- Salt
For the Coriander butter sauce:
- Butter –2 tbsp.
- Garlic chopped – ½ tbsp
- Coriander leaves - handful
- Lemon – half
For the platting:
- 4-5 iceberg lettuce leaves
- Baby Carrots – Stir-fried
- Lemon (Slices)
