Governors have agreed with treasury to extend the closure of the integrated financial management system-IFMIS to allow counties spend monies that will be released before end of the week. Council of governors finance chair Fernandes Baraza says counties have agreed with treasury to extend the IFMIS closure to the 15th of July to allow them spend the huge sums of money which had been delayed by the national government.
