Air Fryer Pita Chips - 2 ways!
Anytime I have leftover pita bread, and little bits and pieces of it (which is almost always), I always turn them into chips for dipping, and little swirls for topping fattoush salads with. They never go to waste 🙌
Just spray with your favourite oil, I used avocado oil here. Season your chips how you like, I used zaatar.
For the swirls, make sure you use a toothpick to keep them together.
Air fry at 400 F for 4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
