Tom Avis, a local construction working describes the moment he saw the helicopter crash to the ground in South London.
Mr Avis, who was working on a nearby building site said he heard a "big bang" and then saw the helicopter falling from the sky before crashing near to Vauxhall Bridge.
He then ran to the scene of the crash, where he saw the helicopter's engine lying on the ground.
He said: "I could see the whole helicopter on fire, the car on fire, just flames everywhere. We saw people on the side of the road being helped by the paramedics. It was just absolute chaos."
Commuter Rob Oxley, who arrived in the area just after the crash, described seeing a huge plume of smoke rising in the air.
