There’s fitness equipment for every type of sports and general movement that you can incorporate that also doesn’t cost much, doesn’t take up a tonne of space and you can carry in a small travel bag.
Have you ever heard the saying that your body is your own workout machine? Some of the best fitness workouts you can do are bodyweight exercises. And there’s literally no excuse – you can do simple bodyweight exercises in your hotel room while you’re away from home or your fitness gym.
