Five years ago we made a jar of preserved lemons (Indian lemon pickle) and genuinly forgot about it. The lemons were fermenting for almost 5 years, and turned into a specialdelicacy, that Srikant is showing in the video.
In traditional medicine, aged fermented lemons are actually praised for their medicinal properties, and in the video Srikant is sharing a few tips on how to use them (please note it's not a medical advice, it's bits of traditional ancestral wisdom, that is shared within the families).
