President Joe Biden stepped out of the White House for a rare outing in our nation’s capital, chatting up voters and enjoying an ice cream cone. He’s been holed up in the presidential residence, except for making a few trips home to Delaware and we now know why. His staff has been keeping him in a “COVID-safe bubble.” They’re reportedly “terrified” of him catching the virus. The White House pushed back on criticism that Biden is cowering in fear of the virus.
