You can control Echo Show 8 using only your voice. Alexa speaks English and Hindi.
Hands-free music control: Stream millions of songs in your favorite language from Amazon Prime Music, Spotify, JioSaavn, Gaana, and Apple Music. Enjoy singing along with on screen lyrics from Amazon Prime Music.

Monitor your home remotely: Activate the built-in camera remotely to securely monitor your home on your Alexa app or on other Echo Show devices.

You can access the camera of your Echo Show devices to monitor your home remotely on your Alexa app or on other Echo Show devices. To enable this feature, go to Settings - Camera - Home Monitoring on your Echo Show device. To see a live feed from your Alexa app each time, click on Devices - Cameras - Select your device and live view will appear on your app.
Echo Show devices support video calls to other Echo Show devices and phones with Alexa app (photos or selfies not supported currently).

You can change your device language to English/हिन्दी via the Language options inside the Device settings on the Alexa App.
