This week was all about getting back to a decent enough routine. In all honesty, I am still struggling to feel at home after the latest move, which makes focusing on my PhD thesis not the easiest. Nevertheless, I am getting it done, gently, bit by bit. Keeping up with my favourite hobbies has been key to staying motivated and afloat during this stressful period. Cooking, working out, photography and vlogging - they fill me with joy.
Walking and journaling have been somewhat left behind after moving, but I'm doing my best to get back to them. After all, it's about building your days with tiny bits of joyful activities 🤍
