My journey: I've been on a weight loss/fitness/wellness journey since July 2021, and I'm happy to say I lost a total of 45 pounds. After stalling for an extended period, I'm ready to switch things up again, even if that means crawling back to WW. If the rumors of change are true, I'm hoping they will welcome me back with open arms. If you want to watch a female 40-year-old who has little experience working out (at all) try to build some muscle while staying lean than better subscribe now.
