EAST LA: On 02/27/19 at approximately 1:39am, LASD East LA station responded to a robbery that had just occurred at a 7-11 store in the 6500 block of Olympic Blvd. When deputies arrived, the suspects had fled the scene. Deputies learned that Five suspects all wearing masks entered the store armed. One suspect directed an employee to the ground while pointing a gun at him. The other four suspects began taking cigarettes and cash. No injuries were reported to the employees.
