Notice regarding physical reporting of UG R-1
Urgent Attention: Participating Institutes/Candidates for Round-1 of
AACCC-UG Counseling.
Final result of Round-1 of AACCC-UG Counseling- 2022 has been uploaded on AACCC-UG portal (www.aaccc.gov.in). Before proceeding for admission, candidates are
instructed to download „Provisional Allotment Letter‟ from the AACCC-UG portal.
Further, it is requested to strictly adhere with the Counseling Schedule as mentioned
below:
ROUND-1
Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute
3:00 PM of 18.11.2022 to 5.00 PM of 25.11.2022

Rules for Round-1
i. Candidates who have been allotted seats in R-1 and wish to retain the seat are
instructed to join the institute within stipulated reporting period.
ii. Candidates who have been allotted seats in R-1 and not wish to retain are instructed to avail free exit (no need to join the allotted institute).
iii. Candidates who have been allotted seats in R-1 and wish to upgrade the seat in Round-2 are instructed to report to the allotted institute physically and submit willingness for the upgradation at the time of admission.
