The Ideal Logic Boiler was giving error code L2 Ignition lockout and making a very odd gurgling noise. The reason for the errors and noise was that the condensate pipe had frozen and was stopping the boiler from expelling the excess water generated from the combustion process. Once the pipe had been thawed with hot water the boiler was working fine again and both hot water and heating were running
