Welcome back to Food Busker. This week I'm bringing you an Italian street food classic, arancini. I'm using my leftover pumpkin risotto (check out the link below for the recipe) and filling my balls with fried pancetta and mozzarella cheese. Fry these bad boys until they are crisp and golden on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. Boom! What would you have paid?
