Today I'll show you how to make homemade Non-Alcoholic Sweet Vermouth, as well as a Zero Proof Manhattan that will blow you away! This is the third episode in our Zero-proof Cocktails Series, where I show you how to make a non-alcoholic ingredient for a great way to take care of your non-imbibing friends, or just try a different approach to your favorite drinks. We’ll also take inspiration from the book ZERO: A New Approach To Non-Alcoholic Drinks, and at the end of the episode I’ll tell you about a secret ingredient to replace citrus in your virgin cocktails, so if you’re ready, pull up a chair and get comfortable.
