"Fay" or "ف" is an important letter of Urdu, Punjabi or Shahmukhi script. It is also called as Arab-Persian script. Its lower part is a one "Qat" word like you are seeing upper. After that half "Qat" triangle circle is from at that round point. Means this point from at the base of triangle. Bay is from at the distance of quarter "Qat" or one "Qat" or half "Qat". It is equally important in Arabic and Persian ways of writing which is also the form of Quranic Calligraphy. This traditional art form is popularly deemed to be the historic as well as contemporary visual culture of Islamic societies.
