If you have Linux installed somewhere then there;s this awesome terminal program called cool-retro-term which has the look and feel of a 1970's CRT terminal - including simulated scan/refresh and variations in brightness depending on what keys are pressed or how much is on the screen. I run up the old tetris-bsd which is part of bsd-games and freely available.
