Today we're going back into Tyler's shop for a chat about the PAF humbucking pickup. You've heard them on countless recordings, you've heard folks talking about them, and if you're lucky you may have a pair in the guitar you're holding right now! In this video we're talking about the history of these pickups, the components, and how they differ from modern humbuckers. Of course, this conversation could go on for hours or even days, so in keeping it short we're obviously not going to cover everything.
