The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Tournament kicked off Tuesday morning at the newly renovated CFG Bank Arena with a special presentation during halftime. The CIAA is made up of mostly historically Black colleges and universities. So, fans donned their favorite HBCU gear, players were fired up, and Baltimore City and CIAA leaders were overwhelmed with excitement.
