penis(Doul) Kebab is one of the oldest street foods in Tehran. Which was sold in the Tehran market in the 70s. This traditional dish was cooked with ground lamb beef and prepared with tomato sauce with onions, parsley and special spices. And it is served with Taftoon bread (traditional Iranian bread).
The ancients called it penis (doul) kebab. because of the similarity of kebab to the child penis .
The meaning of the child penis in Persian is doul.
