Here are two lever extensions I've added to my travel hydraulic valves. You can find extensions like this on Ebay if you look under shifter extensions. There are many to choose from but just make sure the threads for both male and female ends are M10x1.5. This will make them a quick bolt on item and you will be able to use the factory knobs.
