We are just reviewing the Instafuel unsweetened. I haven't used the turmeric or cacao flavors because of added sugar (from natural sources) but I try to keep my simple carbs low to stay in ketosis. I still follow a keto bulletproof diet though I limit my saturated fat because I'm a hyper responder, which is why Laird Superfood Creamer is a great alternative
