I think you can really tell how much the UA (and friends!) training videos have improved since that first ab video last year. Hopefully the old routines are still fun though! 😅 But this one is a great update now that I figured out the best way to film standing moves since round 1!
Remember to go beyond! But always stay at a healthy level, especially if you're a beginner! Take breaks and use modifications if you need to. If you're starting small, you’ve only got more space to grow 🌱 And you’ll get there one step at a time! Plus Ultra 💕
