Vaillant F75 fault code most common reason. Recharge expansion vessel and top-up the boiler. If prv has opened its usually a good a idea to change that too to avoid a call back.
This is common on all boilers not just ecotec or ecofit. Combi and other sealed systems are also affected by similar issues.
