Canadian police have given an update of the murder of Australian man Lucas Fowler saying there's no indication it was planned.
Mr Fowler was killed along with his American girlfriend Chynna Deese and Canadian man, Leonard Dyck.
In July a manhunt began for teenage suspects Kam McLeod and Bryer Schmegelsky but they were later found dead.
Kevin Hackett from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police says the murders could not have been predicted.
