We supply gantry crane collision avoidance, or crane anti collision systems for all types of overhead cranes. In addition we also supply EOTC slow down limits.

This video show 2 single girder overhead cranes we installed in Corby coming together and the speed reducing as they just "kiss" together. This prevents any damage being done.

We supply Magnetek as we are the UK distributor. This is the ReFlex 45 anti-collision device working on 2 cranes at one of the UK's covid 19 vaccination manufacturing plants.

The crane anti-collision prevents two cranes crashing into each other in full speed while traveling along a gantry track system. They can stop completely or slow down to slightly touch, as per our video.

The ReFlx anti collision can also be set to keep the cranes a bay apart. This is useful if your steelwork will not support for example 2 x 5t cranes within one bay. The maximum distance it can be set to is around 15 meters.
