This beautiful cured beef from El Abuelo Maragato won the Golden Fork for Best Imported Food at 2019's Great Taste Golden Fork Awards organised by the Guild of Fine Food. Imported from Spain by The Ojos Foods, this 18-month cured beef has only salt and natural smoke added to get it's unique flavour.
