Steam spare ribs w black beans and minced garlic
ingredients:
spare ribs(I don't know how many kilo my boss bought it
1 tbsp cooking wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp black beans
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dark soy(make darker)
2 tsp sugar
little bit of chicken powder
If u used soy sauce from Pinas no need dark soy sauce
Steam for 20 minutes but don't take out right away,wait for 5 minutes more
